What UPS changed
A new total-THC shipping cutoff
UPS says that beginning December 11, 2026, raw-hemp shipments must include laboratory documentation showing no more than 0.3% total THC on a dry-weight basis—and that calculation includes THCA.
Typical THCA flower exceeds that total-THC threshold even when it complies with the current federal Delta-9 THC standard. In plain English, UPS’s policy blocks the THCA flower customers know and purchase today.

Why we left UPS behind
Long before this published cutoff, Frisco Labs experienced repeated UPS security holds, delivery delays and limited support. Those problems created uncertainty for customers who had already paid and were waiting for their packages.
We are now using other shipping providers that have delivered more consistent and successful results. Your tracking may show a different carrier, but eligible orders are still moving.
