Refund & Return Policy

Frisco Labs stands behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the policy below for return eligibility, procedures, and refund requirements.

1. Satisfaction Return Window

Customers may request a return within 7 days of confirmed delivery of the order.

Delivery confirmation is based on the official tracking information provided by the shipping carrier. Requests submitted after the 7-day return window may not be eligible for return or refund.


2. Return Authorization Required

Customers must contact Frisco Labs and obtain Return Authorization (RA) before sending any item back. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted or processed.

Please include the following information with your request:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the product and packaging if applicable

Frisco Labs will review the request and provide return instructions if the return is approved.


3. Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Return request submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery
  • Return authorization approved by Frisco Labs before shipment
  • Product returned in original packaging
  • Product includes all inserts, paperwork, and packaging materials
  • Item shows no signs of tampering, misuse, or alteration
  • Item is returned in the same condition as received

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be denied or may be subject to partial refund, refusal, or additional fees where permitted.


4. Inspection Requirement

All approved returns must be received and inspected by Frisco Labs before any refund, replacement, or credit is issued.

If a customer claims that merchandise is defective, damaged, or not as described, the product must still be returned for inspection unless otherwise approved by Frisco Labs in writing.

Frisco Labs reserves the right to deny claims when the merchandise is not returned and cannot be inspected.


5. Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a 30% restocking fee.

This fee helps cover processing, inspection, repackaging, administrative handling, and vendor-related return costs.


6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise approved in writing by Frisco Labs.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Frisco Labs is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments.

All approved return shipments must be sent to the Frisco Labs return center unless Frisco Labs provides different written return instructions.

Returns sent to any other address without written approval may be refused, delayed, or denied.


7. Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, Frisco Labs will notify the customer whether the return has been approved or denied.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within approximately 5–10 business days.

Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or card issuer.


8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless required by law:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or consumed
  • Items not returned in original packaging
  • Items showing signs of tampering or alteration
  • Clearance, final sale, or promotional items
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned without authorization

9. Delivery, Shipping Claims, and Carrier Responsibility

Once a package has been transferred to and accepted by the shipping carrier, shipping times and transit events are outside the direct control of Frisco Labs.

If a package is marked delivered by the carrier, the delivery status will be treated as valid unless the carrier confirms otherwise. Customers must report any shipping issue promptly so Frisco Labs can assist with carrier review where applicable.

Signature confirmation, delivery photos, GPS data, tracking confirmation, delivery reroute requests, hold-for-pickup requests, access point requests, or other carrier-provided records may be used to confirm successful delivery and customer awareness of the shipment.


10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact Frisco Labs first and provide an opportunity to resolve any order issue before filing a chargeback or payment dispute.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting the merchant and without returning the merchandise for inspection may delay or prevent resolution and may be treated as abuse of the chargeback process where applicable.

If a customer files a chargeback while retaining the merchandise, Frisco Labs reserves the right to submit all relevant order, payment, shipping, delivery, signature, tracking, reroute, carrier-hold, access-point, and communication records to the payment processor or issuing bank.


11. International Orders

All international sales are final. International orders are not eligible for cancellation, refund, exchange, replacement, or return once payment has been processed and the order has been accepted, except where required by applicable law.

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, carrier warehouse handling, destination-country restrictions, delivery reroutes, access-point requests, delays, or refusal by the destination country or carrier. These events are outside the direct control of Frisco Labs once the package leaves the United States.

Shipping insurance or package protection is valid only for shipments within the United States. Insurance or package protection does not apply to international orders unless Frisco Labs confirms otherwise in writing before shipment.

Frisco Labs is not responsible for customs actions, international seizure, import refusal, destination-country compliance issues, warehouse holds, or international delivery delays once the package has been tendered to the carrier.

Any international shipment that is delayed, rerouted, held, or modified after shipment due to customer request, carrier handling, customs review, import processing, or destination-country procedures will still be treated as a valid order and shipment under this policy.


12. Policy Updates

Frisco Labs reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page and become effective upon publication.
