Returns move more smoothly when the request is approved first and the package is prepared correctly. This guide explains how to request return authorization, where approved returns must be sent, what to include, and how to avoid delays, refusal, or inspection issues.

Start a Return the Right Way

Do not send a package back before Frisco Labs approves the return. Return authorization is required before any item is shipped back.

Send your return request with:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Email used at checkout
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the product and packaging, if applicable

Approved returns are reviewed case by case under the current refund policy.

Packaging Rules That Help Avoid Delays

  • Use a sturdy outer box or mailer that protects the contents during transit.
  • Make sure items are secure and not moving loosely inside the package.
  • Return products in the original packaging when required by policy.
  • Include all inserts, paperwork, and packaging materials tied to the approved return.
  • Do not send back items that were not approved in your return request.
  • Do not send returns to any address other than the approved Frisco Labs return center unless we provide different written instructions.
  • Use a trackable shipping method whenever possible for your own records.

Returns may be denied, partially refunded, refused, or delayed if items arrive outside the approved conditions, are sent to the wrong address, or cannot be properly inspected under the policy.

What to Include Inside the Return Package

  • A note with your order number, full name, and email address.
  • The approved item or items listed in the return authorization.
  • Original packaging, inserts, and materials when required.
  • Any requested supporting information tied to the approved return.

Keep a copy of your tracking details and return communication until the inspection process is complete.

Returns sent to any other address without written approval may be refused, delayed, or denied.

Refund Policy Reference

The current Frisco Labs refund policy controls return eligibility, approval requirements, inspection rules, timing, shipping responsibility, and refund processing.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery.
  • Return authorization is required before shipping anything back.
  • Approved returns may be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
  • International orders are final except where required by applicable law.
  • Refused shipments, returned packages, or customer-caused return-to-sender shipments may be subject to return shipping charges, reshipping fees, and applicable restocking fees.
