Who is Frisco Labs?
Frisco Labs is a California-based, online hemp company specializing in premium THCA flower, CBD flower, concentrates, gummies, and edibles. We focus on compliance, quality control, and transparency.
Do you have a physical storefront or local delivery?
No. Frisco Labs is an online-only company. We do not offer in-person pickup or local delivery. All orders are shipped through carriers.
What products do you sell?
We offer THCA flower, CBD flower, Delta-8 and Delta-9 gummies, concentrates, vape products, nug run sauce, and select hemp-derived edibles.
Are your product photos real?
Yes. Product photos reflect real batches. Natural variation in color, size, density, and aroma is normal since hemp is an agricultural product.
What is the difference between flower, smalls, shake, and trim?
  • Flower: full-sized buds
  • Smalls: smaller buds with similar potency
  • Shake: loose flower material
  • Trim: leaf material (not flower)
How should I store flower?
Store in an airtight container, away from heat, light, and humidity. Proper storage preserves freshness and aroma.
Is THCA flower legal?
THCA flower is federally compliant when it contains less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight under the 2018 Farm Bill. State and local laws vary.
Will THCA get me high?
THCA itself is non-psychoactive. When heated, it converts into Delta-9 THC and may produce psychoactive effects.
Can hemp products cause a failed drug test?
Yes. Hemp products may contain trace THC that can trigger a positive drug test.
Are your products lab tested?
Yes. All products undergo third-party lab testing. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) verify potency and compliance.
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from California.
How long does processing take?
Processing takes 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
Does my order include tracking?
Yes. Tracking is provided once your order ships.
Why does my tracking say “Label Created”?
Carriers may take 24–72 hours to scan packages after label creation, especially during high-volume periods.
Delivered but not received?
Check around your delivery location and contact the carrier to open a trace. Insurance claims require carrier confirmation.
Why was my payment declined or my funds held?
Payments may be declined or temporarily held by your bank or processor. Held funds are usually released within 2–8 business days. Ensure billing and shipping details match your bank records.
What are Frisco Labs’ insurance requirements?
Shipping insurance is required on all orders.
  • All orders over $1,000 require mandatory insurance
  • Insurance must be selected at checkout
  • Insurance cannot be added after shipment
Orders without valid insurance are placed at the customer’s risk. Frisco Labs is not responsible for loss, seizure, or carrier-related issues.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes. Wholesale THCA flower is available with automatic bulk discounts. Insurance is mandatory on all wholesale orders.
Can I mix strains in a wholesale order?
Mixing strains may be possible depending on availability. Contact us before placing large orders.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of hemp products, refunds are not offered. Approved returns must be unopened, unused, and may incur a restocking fee.
