About Frisco Labs
General information about our company and customer service.
Who is Frisco Labs?
Frisco Labs is a California-based online hemp company offering THCA flower, wholesale THCA flower, CBD products and other hemp-derived product categories.
Our inventory changes regularly as new strains, batches and product formats become available.
Do you have a physical storefront?
Frisco Labs is an online store. We do not currently offer walk-in shopping, local pickup or in-person customer service.
Orders must be placed through the Frisco Labs website and are shipped with tracking.
Does Frisco Labs offer telephone support?
We currently provide customer service through website live chat and email. We do not offer telephone support.
Written support allows our team to review order numbers, tracking information, payment details and photographs more accurately.
What are your customer service hours?
Customer service hours are Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time.
Messages received after hours, on weekends or during holidays are generally reviewed on the next business day.
Orders & Order Status
Help with confirmations, order information and changes.
How do I know whether my order was placed successfully?
A completed order should generate an order confirmation email containing your Frisco Labs order number.
Check your inbox, spam folder and promotions folder. If you were charged but did not receive an order number, email support before attempting another payment.
What information should I include when asking about an order?
- Your Frisco Labs order number
- Full name used at checkout
- Email address used for the order
- Shipping ZIP code
- A short explanation of what you need help with
Do not send your complete card number, password or other sensitive account information.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Contact us immediately if you need to request a change. We will try to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment or label creation has started.
Product additions may require a separate order.
Can I change my shipping address?
Contact support as quickly as possible. Address changes may not be possible after an order has entered processing or been transferred to UPS.
Always review your full address, apartment or suite number, city, state and ZIP code before submitting checkout.
Can I cancel an order?
Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible. An order cannot normally be canceled after it has been packed, processed or transferred to the carrier.
A cancellation request is not complete until Frisco Labs confirms it in writing.
Products, Flower & Lab Information
Answers about product categories, photographs, batches and storage.
What products does Frisco Labs sell?
Frisco Labs carries a rotating selection that may include THCA flower, CBD flower, smalls, shake, concentrates, gummies, vapes, tinctures, topicals and wholesale products.
Availability can change as individual strains and batches sell out. The website displays current inventory.
Are the product photographs real?
Product photographs are intended to represent the actual product or batch. Because hemp flower is an agricultural product, natural variation should be expected.
Individual buds can vary in size, shape, color, density, trim and structure. Screen brightness and lighting can also affect how colors appear.
What is the difference between flower, smalls, shake and trim?
- Flower: standard whole buds, generally including larger and medium-sized pieces.
- Smalls: smaller buds separated during sorting. They may come from the same strain or harvest as larger flower.
- Shake: loose flower pieces and smaller material collected during handling and packaging.
- Trim: primarily leaf and plant material removed while preparing flower.
Read our detailed comparison: THCA Smalls vs Premium Buds .
Why can different batches of the same strain look different?
Plant appearance can vary between harvests because of genetics, growing conditions, maturity, trimming, curing and storage.
A strain name does not guarantee that every harvest will have identical bud size, color, aroma or structure.
Where can I find product lab reports or COAs?
Certificates of Analysis and third-party laboratory information are provided where applicable. Availability can depend on the product and batch.
Visit our Lab Testing and COA Guide to learn how to read cannabinoid and testing information.
How should I store THCA or CBD flower?
Keep flower sealed in an airtight container and store it in a cool, dry and dark location. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, heat, excessive air and moisture.
See our complete THCA Flower Storage Guide .
Can hemp-derived products affect a drug test?
Yes. Drug tests may detect THC metabolites without distinguishing how or where the cannabinoid product was purchased.
If you are subject to workplace, court, athletic or other drug testing, the safest option is to avoid cannabinoid products.
Read our THCA Drug Testing Guide .
UPS Shipping & Delivery
Information about processing, tracking, signatures and delivery problems.
Where do Frisco Labs orders ship from?
Frisco Labs orders are processed and shipped from California.
How long does order processing take?
Most orders are packed within 24–48 hours on business days. High order volume, verification issues, weekends and holidays can extend processing time.
Carrier transit time begins after the package has been transferred to UPS. Transit estimates do not include order processing time.
What shipping services are available?
Available UPS services and live rates are displayed during checkout based on the address and package.
Options may include UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air.
See the complete Frisco Labs UPS Shipping Policy .
What is the daily shipping cutoff?
The same-day shipping cutoff is 12:00 noon Pacific Time on eligible business days.
Orders placed after the cutoff normally move into the following business day's processing schedule. Weekends, holidays and carrier schedules can affect pickup times.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Tracking information is sent to the email address used during checkout after the shipping label is created.
You may also receive automatic updates when the package is in transit, out for delivery or marked delivered.
Why does my tracking only say “Label Created”?
“Label Created” means the shipping label has been generated. It does not necessarily mean UPS has completed its first physical scan.
Tracking will begin showing movement after UPS receives and scans the package. Carrier scans can sometimes take additional time to appear.
Does my package require a signature?
Frisco Labs packages require the purchaser to be available to sign for delivery.
If no one is available, UPS may attempt another delivery or hold the package according to local carrier procedures.
Review our Signature Delivery Guide before your order arrives.
Is the packaging discreet?
Frisco Labs uses shipping packaging intended to protect the order during transit without displaying detailed product information on the outside.
Learn more on our Discreet Shipping Information page.
My order is marked delivered, but I cannot find it. What should I do?
- Verify that the shipping address on the order is correct.
- Check the front door, side door, mailbox and other delivery locations.
- Ask household members, neighbors, reception staff or leasing-office personnel.
- Contact UPS and request a delivery trace.
- Email Frisco Labs with your order number and UPS trace information.
Visit Shipping Claims and Package Issues for the complete process.
What should I do if the shipping box or product arrives damaged?
Keep the box, shipping label, packing materials and affected products. Take clear photographs of the outside of the box, shipping label, interior packaging and damaged items.
Email support promptly with your order number and photographs. Do not discard packaging while the request is being reviewed.
Payment & Checkout Help
Help with declined payments, billing information and pending charges.
Why was my card declined?
Payments can be declined because of incorrect billing information, bank restrictions, insufficient available funds, security screening or processor verification.
Enter the billing name, address and ZIP code exactly as they appear on the payment account. Frisco Labs cannot override a decline issued by your bank.
Visit Payment and Checkout Help for more information.
Why do I see a pending charge without an order confirmation?
An unsuccessful payment attempt can sometimes create a temporary authorization. Your bank controls when a pending authorization is removed.
If you do not have a Frisco Labs order number, email support before submitting the order again.
Why is checkout asking for more information?
Some orders may require added verification to protect the customer and business from unauthorized transactions.
If checkout is restricted or your order requires review, visit Restricted Checkout Help .
What payment information should I never send by email or chat?
Never send your complete card number, security code, account password, Social Security number or banking password.
Support may ask for an order number, billing name or limited identifying information, but should not need your full payment credentials.
Shipping Protection
Optional coverage for eligible shipping problems.
What is Frisco Labs Shipping Protection?
Shipping Protection is an optional checkout add-on that may provide coverage for eligible loss, damage or theft connected to shipping.
Coverage remains subject to documentation, eligibility review and carrier investigation.
Is Shipping Protection required?
Shipping Protection is currently optional at checkout. If you remove it, the order will not be covered by the optional Frisco Labs Shipping Protection program.
Review the current Shipping Protection Policy before deciding.
How do I submit a Shipping Protection request?
Email info@FriscoLabs.com with the subject line “Shipping Protection Request” and include:
- Order number
- Full name
- Email used at checkout
- Shipping ZIP code
- A description of the problem
- Relevant photographs and carrier information
Keep all packaging materials until the review is finished.
How long can a carrier investigation take?
Investigation times depend on the situation. UPS may attempt to locate or recover a package before issuing a final result.
A resolution cannot be guaranteed until the carrier investigation and eligibility review are complete.

Approval or identity and business verification may be required depending on the account and order.
Can I mix strains in one wholesale order?
Mixed-strain orders may be possible depending on live inventory, product minimums and available packaging.
Contact our team before submitting a large mixed order so availability can be confirmed.
Can you reserve wholesale inventory?
Products are not considered reserved until an order and payment have been completed or Frisco Labs confirms a separate arrangement in writing.
Wholesale inventory can change quickly, especially for limited strains and batches.
Where can wholesale buyers research strains?
Use the THCA Strain Database to explore strain names, genetics, aromas, terpene information and related cannabis terminology.
Database entries are educational and do not guarantee that a specific strain is currently in stock.

Return Authorization is required before mailing any product. Packages sent without approval may not be accepted or processed.

Clearance items, final-sale products, promotional products, gift cards and unauthorized returns may also be excluded.
Is there a restocking fee?
Approved returns may be subject to a 30% restocking fee under the current policy. Customers are generally responsible for return shipping unless Frisco Labs approves another arrangement in writing.
Where should I send a return?
Do not mail a return until you receive written Return Authorization and instructions from Frisco Labs.
Use our Return Packaging and RMA Guide to begin the process.
What if I received the wrong item?
Keep the product and packaging together. Email support with your order number and clear photographs of the shipping label, packing materials and items received.
Do not open, use or discard the incorrect item while your request is being reviewed.
