How Our Discreet Shipping Works

Frisco Labs is committed to discreet order handling from fulfillment to delivery. Every package is prepared to keep the outside simple and low-profile, while making sure the contents inside are protected during transit.

That starts with a plain brown outer box. We never place our brand name on the outside of the package, and we do not use exterior packaging as advertising. Your order arrives in simple, clean outer packaging designed for a more private delivery experience.

Inside the shipment, products are secured carefully. Orders are packed tightly so nothing is banging around during transit, bubble wrapped where needed, double vacuum sealed before final closure, and then security taped in the final stage of packing.

Shipping Speeds and Order Cutoff Times

Frisco Labs ships with UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS 3 Day Select, Monday through Friday. Our facility is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM PST to qualify for same-day shipping. Orders placed after the cutoff will ship on the next business day.

Thursday is the cutoff for standard Next Day Air timing. Orders placed on Friday with Next Day Air typically arrive on Monday, since our shipping schedule does not include weekend processing or standard weekend delivery handling.

We recommend double-checking your order time and selected shipping method, especially for expedited shipments.

Shipping Insurance Options

Customers also have the option to add shipping insurance for added peace of mind. If something unexpected happens during transit, protected shipments may be insured for up to $5,000 per order, based on the selected protection and claim review.

This added layer of protection can be especially helpful for higher-value orders and customers who want more confidence at checkout.
