If your payment was declined, you see a pending charge, or checkout is restricted, this page explains what it usually means and how to fix it fast.
Why Payments Get Declined
- Bank security verification, which is common with online orders
- Insufficient funds or daily spending limits
- Card issuer blocks on the transaction type
- Billing name or address does not match what the bank has on file
Best fix: re-enter your billing information exactly as it appears with your bank, then try again.
Pending Authorization Holds
My bank shows a charge but I didn’t get an order confirmation
You’ll know an order is successful when you receive a confirmation email from FriscoLabs.com with your order number.
If you want us to double-check, email your full name and the email used at checkout.
Billing vs Shipping Mismatch
For security, some orders cannot be processed when the billing information doesn’t match the bank’s records. This can include mismatched names, addresses, or ZIP codes.
Fix: update your billing details so they match your bank account information exactly, then try again.
Checkout Restricted
If checkout is restricted, email a screenshot of your cart with items and quantities visible to info@FriscoLabs.com with the subject line Checkout Support.
We’ll review eligibility and reply with next steps as quickly as possible.
