How the Frisco Labs Affiliate Program Works
Affiliates use the registration and dashboard system provided through the official Frisco Labs BixGrow portal.
Submit an application
Complete the affiliate registration form with accurate contact and promotional information. Applications are reviewed individually, and review times can vary.
Access your affiliate dashboard
Approved affiliates receive access to their unique referral link, available coupon information and program reporting tools.
Share accurate Frisco Labs information
Promote through eligible websites, newsletters, videos, social platforms or communities while following program, platform and advertising requirements.
Track qualifying referrals
Review clicks, attributed orders, commission status and payout information in the dashboard. Reporting or order review may take additional time to update.
Qualifying Orders and Commission Review
Referral links and coupon codes help connect an eligible order to an affiliate account. Attribution can depend on the link or code used, browser settings, cookie availability and current program rules.
Orders that may qualify
- The referral is properly connected to the affiliate’s link or eligible code.
- The customer completes a qualifying Frisco Labs order.
- The order remains valid after payment and order review.
- The referral follows current affiliate-program requirements.
Orders that may be excluded
- Canceled, refunded, reversed or fraudulent orders
- Orders that cannot be attributed to the affiliate account
- Orders generated through misleading or prohibited promotions
- Transactions that do not meet current program terms
Use the unique referral link supplied in your dashboard. Copying another affiliate’s link or creating an unofficial tracking link can prevent correct attribution.
Affiliate Promotion Standards
Affiliates should represent their relationship with Frisco Labs clearly and accurately. Participation in the affiliate program does not make an affiliate an employee, owner or official spokesperson for Frisco Labs.
Required promotional practices
- Clearly disclose that you may earn commission from qualifying purchases.
- Use accurate product, price, availability and promotion information.
- Direct customers to FriscoLabs.com for current listings and policies.
- Follow the rules of the website, email service or social platform being used.
- Market only to appropriate audiences and respect the 21+ purchasing requirement.
Promotional practices to avoid
- Medical claims or promises that a product can diagnose, treat, cure or prevent a condition
- Misleading statements about product legality, effects, pricing or availability
- Impersonating Frisco Labs or presenting yourself as customer support
- Spam, deceptive advertisements or unauthorized coupon claims
- Using copied branding to create an imitation Frisco Labs website or account
Affiliate approval does not automatically make someone an authorized Frisco Labs reseller. Review the Authorized Sellers and Reseller Policy for the distinction between affiliate promotion and seller authorization.

How much commission can an affiliate earn?
The current standard rate is 5% on qualifying orders. The rate shown in the affiliate dashboard and current program terms controls if the program is updated.
How long does referral tracking last?
The current referral-cookie duration is 90 days. Browser privacy settings, deleted cookies, device changes and other attribution factors may affect tracking.
What is the minimum payout threshold?
The current minimum approved commission balance is $50. Pending, canceled or ineligible commissions do not count toward an available payout.
How long does application review take?
Applications are reviewed individually. Review time can vary based on application volume and whether additional information is needed.
Where can affiliates see clicks and commissions?
The affiliate dashboard displays available click, referral, attributed-order, commission and payout information. Some reporting may not appear immediately.
Can an affiliate promote on any platform?
Affiliates may use eligible websites, newsletters, video channels, social platforms and communities, subject to current program rules and the rules of each platform. Misleading advertising and prohibited promotional methods are not allowed.
Can affiliates make product or medical claims?
No medical claims should be made. Affiliates should use accurate information from current Frisco Labs product pages and review the FDA Disclosure before creating promotional content.
