To purchase from Frisco Labs, you must be of legal age in your area. By placing an order, you confirm you meet the applicable age requirement and will use products lawfully.

You must be 21 years of age or older, or meet the legal age requirement in your location if it is higher, to purchase from Frisco Labs.

We reserve the right to request verification for compliance, fraud prevention, and delivery security.

How Verification Works

When might verification be requested?
Verification may be requested for certain orders, including high-value orders, unusual purchasing patterns, repeated declines, billing or address mismatches, or orders routed to alternate recipients.
What information may be needed?
We may request clear proof of age and identity. If documents are requested, they must be readable and match the purchaser. We may also request proof of address when appropriate.

If verification is requested, email us at info@FriscoLabs.com with the subject line Age Verification and include your order number.

We only use verification to confirm eligibility and reduce fraud risk. Never send more information than requested.

Refusal, Holds & Cancellations

  • If verification is required and not provided, the order may be placed on hold or canceled
  • Orders placed by underage customers will be canceled
  • We may decline or refund orders that cannot be verified to help protect customers and the business

Refund timing depends on your bank or payment method processing windows.
