We ship with UPS using live carrier rates at checkout. You can choose Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3 Day Select. Tracking updates are sent automatically by email.

Shipping Options (UPS)

At checkout you can choose from UPS services based on your address and package weight, including:

  • Next Day Air
  • 2nd Day Air
  • 3 Day Select

Rates shown are live UPS rates from our UPS integration. In many cases, pricing may be lower than standard retail counter rates because our account receives discounted shipping rates.

Transit time starts after the package is handed to UPS. It does not include processing time.

Order Processing Time

How fast do you pack orders?
Most orders are packed within 24–48 hours after the order is placed on business days. We always aim for less than 24 hours, but during high demand processing can take longer.
What are your office hours?
Our office hours are Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM (PST). Messages received after hours are answered the next business day.

Shipping Cutoff Time

Same-day shipping cutoff is 12:00 noon (PST). Orders placed after the cutoff are typically shipped the next business day.

Next Day Air availability is typically Monday–Thursday. Friday Next Day Air orders usually move on Monday due to carrier schedules.

Weekends and holidays may affect pickup and transit timelines.

Tracking Updates (Email Notifications)

When do I get my order confirmation?
After checkout you will receive an order confirmation email that includes your order number and confirmation details.
Why don’t I see a tracking number right away?
That’s normal if your order is still processing. Once the label is created, you may see a Label Created update. UPS may take time to scan after pickup, then tracking will begin showing movement.
What tracking emails will I receive?
You may receive automated emails for label creation, in transit updates, out for delivery, and delivered status.

Signature Required

All packages require the purchaser to be available to sign for delivery. If no one is available, UPS may attempt redelivery or hold the package for pickup depending on local procedures.

Double-check your shipping address at checkout. Incorrect addresses can cause delays, reroutes, or returns.

Shipping Protection (Optional)

We offer optional Shipping Protection at checkout for customers who want added coverage for shipping mishaps.

Example wording at checkout may look like: “Package Protection — Covers Damage, Loss, Theft.”
