Most checkout problems come from small mistakes ; billing mismatches, missing unit numbers, or incorrect ZIP codes. These tips help you avoid declines, prevent authorization holds, and reduce shipping delays.

Billing Tips (Avoid Declines)

  • Use the exact billing name and address your bank has on file
  • Make sure your billing ZIP code matches bank records
  • Avoid multiple rapid attempts ; this can trigger bank security blocks

Address Tips (Avoid Carrier Corrections)

  • Include apartment/unit/suite numbers
  • Double-check city and ZIP code spelling
  • Use a secure receiving address if theft is common in your area

Pending Holds Explained

If you see a pending charge but you did not receive an order confirmation email with an order number, it is usually an authorization hold from your bank that will release automatically.
