Shipping Policy & Carrier Guide
Frisco Labs Shipping
Shipping Policy & Carrier Guide
Frisco Labs uses approved tracked shipping services from UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Available carriers, service levels, rates, and delivery estimates are displayed or assigned based on the destination, package, product eligibility, service availability, and operational requirements.
Important: All sales are final. Customers are responsible for confirming that every product ordered may lawfully be purchased, possessed, and delivered at the destination. Carrier, security, customs, law-enforcement, government, or regulatory inspections, holds, confiscations, and seizures are outside Frisco Labs’ control and are not covered, even when Shipping Protection was purchased.
Approved Shipping Carriers
Available shipping choices vary by order. A carrier or service that appears for one order may not be available for another.
UPS Shipping Services
Eligible UPS ground, economy, expedited, and air services may be offered depending on the package, destination, and current service availability.
USPS Shipping Services
Eligible USPS ground, priority, and express services may be offered depending on the package, destination, and current service availability.
FedEx Shipping Services
Eligible FedEx ground, economy, expedited, and express services may be offered depending on the package, destination, and current service availability.
Rates shown during checkout may be live, calculated, discounted, or configured rates. Transit time begins after processing is complete and the carrier physically accepts the package. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and are not guarantees.
Order Processing and Cutoff Times
How long does processing take?
Most orders are processed within 24–48 business hours. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
High order volume, inventory confirmation, payment review, address verification, product eligibility, or requests for additional customer information can increase processing time.
What is the same-day shipping cutoff?
The cutoff is 12:00 noon Pacific Time on eligible business days. Orders completed before the cutoff may qualify for same-day carrier pickup after processing, but same-day shipment is not guaranteed.
Orders placed after the cutoff are generally prepared for the next available business-day pickup.
Do orders move on weekends or holidays?
Weekend and holiday pickup, movement, and delivery depend on the selected carrier, service level, destination, and local schedule. Frisco Labs does not guarantee weekend or holiday movement or delivery.
An expedited order placed late in the week may not move until the next available carrier business day.
What are your support hours?
Email and live-chat support are available Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–6:00 PM Pacific Time. Telephone and in-person support are not available.
Tracking and Carrier Acceptance
When will I receive tracking?
Tracking information is sent to the email address used at checkout after a shipping label is created. Additional updates may be sent when the shipment is accepted, in transit, out for delivery, or marked delivered.
What does “Label Created” or “Shipment Information Sent” mean?
These statuses generally mean the shipping label or electronic shipment record was created. They do not necessarily mean UPS, USPS, or FedEx has physically accepted or scanned the package.
Carrier acceptance begins when tracking or carrier records show possession, pickup, origin acceptance, or movement.
Are carrier delivery estimates guaranteed?
No. Delivery estimates may change because of weather, carrier volume, routing, service interruptions, security review, destination restrictions, or other circumstances outside Frisco Labs’ control.
What if tracking stops updating?
Packages may move between facilities without receiving a visible scan at every step. If tracking shows no movement for an extended period or the shipment has passed its estimated delivery window, contact Frisco Labs with the order number and tracking number.
Signature and Identification Requirements
Signature, adult-signature, identification, or recipient-verification requirements may be applied based on the order, product, value, carrier, service, or destination.
Who must be available to receive the package?
The purchaser or another eligible recipient must be available when the carrier attempts delivery. The carrier may require a signature, acceptable identification, proof of age, or other recipient verification.
What happens if nobody signs for or collects the package?
The carrier may attempt redelivery, hold the package, send it to a pickup location, or return it to sender according to its procedures.
Failure to be available, provide acceptable identification, sign, arrange an eligible recipient, or collect a held package does not qualify for a refund, exchange, replacement, store credit, or free reshipment.
Address, Order, and Delivery Changes
Review the complete order and shipping address before submitting payment. Changes requested after submission cannot be guaranteed and are made entirely at the customer’s risk and expense.
What counts as a customer-requested alteration?
Alterations include, without limitation:
- Changing or canceling products, variants, quantities, or other original order details
- Changing the address, unit number, recipient, or delivery instructions
- Requesting a reroute, redirect, interception, alternate location, carrier store, post office, locker, Access Point, or pickup
- Requesting a vacation hold, delivery hold, reschedule, release, signature change, or authorized-recipient change
- Changing the carrier, service level, shipping method, or other fulfillment details
Who is responsible after a change is requested?
Once the customer or recipient requests or authorizes an alteration, all resulting risk and expense belong to the customer. Frisco Labs cannot guarantee that UPS, USPS, or FedEx will approve, complete, or correctly process the request.
No refund, exchange, replacement, store credit, or free reshipment is available for a delay, hold, loss, theft, misdelivery, failed signature, refusal, return to sender, security review, or added charge resulting from the requested alteration.
What happens if the address is incorrect or incomplete?
The customer is responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable address. An incorrect or incomplete address can cause a delay, correction fee, carrier hold, reroute, misdelivery, failed delivery, or return to sender.
These issues and related charges remain the customer’s responsibility and do not qualify for a refund, exchange, replacement, store credit, or free reshipment.
What happens when a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender?
A refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or return-to-sender package is not an authorized return and does not create refund eligibility, even if the package remains sealed.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable after shipment. Return transportation, address-correction, interception, carrier, and new outbound shipping charges remain the customer’s responsibility.
Destination Laws, Security Stops, and Seizures
Who is responsible for confirming that an order is allowed?
The customer is solely responsible for researching and confirming all laws, rules, restrictions, quantity limits, licensing requirements, import requirements, and delivery requirements that apply to the products and destination before ordering.
Website availability, order acceptance, payment authorization, shipment, or acceptance by UPS, USPS, or FedEx is not a representation or guarantee that a product is lawful or deliverable at a particular destination.
What if a law, carrier rule, or destination restriction changes?
Laws, regulations, carrier policies, enforcement practices, and destination restrictions may change without notice. The customer accepts this risk when placing the order.
If a shipment is delayed, rejected, returned, confiscated, destroyed, or seized because a law, rule, carrier policy, destination restriction, or enforcement practice changed or was applied differently, the sale remains final. No refund, exchange, replacement, store credit, or free reshipment is available.
What happens if a carrier or authority stops or seizes a package?
Any inspection, security review, hold, detention, confiscation, destruction, rejection, or seizure by UPS, USPS, FedEx, another carrier, customs authority, law-enforcement agency, government agency, or regulator is entirely outside Frisco Labs’ possession and control.
These events are excluded from refunds, exchanges, replacements, store credits, and free reshipments. They are also excluded from Shipping Protection, even when protection was purchased.
Any related fees, penalties, storage costs, return transportation charges, or other expenses remain the customer’s responsibility to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Shipping Protection Is Optional
Shipping Protection is a separate optional checkout add-on for certain eligible transit loss, damage, or theft claims. It is not required to complete a purchase.
Accepting the Terms of Service does not purchase or select Shipping Protection. Protection applies only when the customer separately chooses it before completing checkout.
What may Shipping Protection cover?
When separately selected, protection may provide coverage for eligible loss, damage, or theft during ordinary transit. Coverage depends on timely reporting, documentation, eligibility review, and any required carrier investigation.
What is excluded from Shipping Protection?
Protection does not cover:
- Carrier, security, customs, law-enforcement, government, or regulatory inspections, stops, holds, detentions, confiscations, destruction, or seizures
- Destination-law, import, regulatory, or carrier-policy restrictions
- Customer-requested order, address, carrier, service, or delivery alterations
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or return-to-sender packages
- Failed signature, identification, age, or recipient-verification requirements
- Carrier delays while tracking continues to show active movement
- Undocumented, late, or otherwise ineligible claims
Review the complete Shipping Protection Policy before purchasing protection.
