Vendor & Supplier Standards
We don’t list random product. If it goes on Frisco Labs, it must meet our standards for documentation, consistency, and real-world customer experience. This page explains what we require from suppliers and why it protects customers.
Required Documentation
Vendors must provide clear documentation for products we list. Depending on product type, this can include:
- COAs / lab support where applicable
- Batch or lot identifiers so products can be tied to the correct documentation
- Origin and handling details when relevant for quality and consistency
- Compliance representations consistent with lawful hemp commerce
If a vendor can’t document it, we can’t stand behind it.
Quality Standards
Consistency ; not surprises
Fresh handling and realistic storage
No nonsense claims
Packaging & Labeling Standards
- Clear labeling ; product identity should match what’s listed online
- Batch reference ; packaging should support matching to documentation when applicable
- Sealed packaging ; packaged for transit stability and customer confidence
- Safe presentation ; no broken seals ; no “already opened” vibes
Packaging isn’t just looks ; it’s protection, accountability, and fewer disputes.
Accountability
Vendors are expected to support their product with documentation and consistency. If a batch triggers repeated issues, we review it, document it, and adjust sourcing decisions going forward.
This is how Frisco Labs stays reliable — we don’t ignore patterns ; we fix them.
