Bulk orders move fast when expectations are clear. This page covers processing time, UPS service options, cutoff guidance, tracking emails, and what to do if delivery needs attention.

Processing Times & Cutoff Guidance

  • Typical processing ; 24–48 business hours (Monday–Friday)
  • Cutoff guidance ; orders after 12:00 PM PST usually ship next business day
  • Next Day Air timing ; best placed Monday–Thursday ; Friday orders typically move Monday

High-volume demand can extend processing slightly. If you don’t see tracking instantly, it usually means the order is still packing.

UPS Shipping Options at Checkout

Customers choose from UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS 3 Day Select. Rates are generated directly from the UPS integration and may reflect discounted rates based on service and weight.

  • Choose the speed that matches your restock needs
  • Ensure the address is complete (unit numbers matter)
  • Be available for delivery when signature is required

Tracking Emails ; “Label Created” Explained

What does “Label Created” mean?
It means your shipping label has been generated. Tracking updates after UPS scans the package into their network. Scans can take time after pickup, especially during high-volume periods.

You’ll receive automated notifications when your package is in transit, out for delivery, and delivered. Keep your order confirmation email for quick support.

Shipping Protection (Optional)

Shipping protection is optional at checkout. If selected, it can help cover eligible loss, damage, or theft claims. Resolution is based on carrier confirmation and documentation.

If UPS confirms a final loss status, the applicable resolution path can be processed immediately based on your checkout selections. Some recovery attempts can take up to 30 days, not exceeding 45 days in typical investigations.
