Very light filler like stems or seeds almost none decent quality would be 5 stars if it wasnβt as harsh on the smoke but definitely not the worst option for online herb deals will buy agin in the near future

Pound of shake consists of lots of tiny and small buds, and some Kiefer. Very little leaf matter. Very potent. Good quality, efficacious herbal medicine. Saving this old guy on disability a lot!!! Thank you Frisco Farms!!! π
